A cup for the café menu
Use a roomy infuser so the leaves can open fully. Remove it after steeping for a clear, balanced cup.
A slower tea service
Serve in a small pot and offer the same guest a second infusion. It gives them another way to explore the tea’s changing flavour.
A chilled option to develop
Explore cold-brew Sejak for your seasonal menu. Trial the leaf-to-water ratio, refrigerated steeping time and final serving size before adding it to service.
